Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a payment of 30% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled within 60 days of confirmation of intention to book.
A security deposit of 1000€ will be requested in cash or credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- From 60 days to 365 days before arrival charge 20% of total booking amount
- From 30 days to 59 days before arrival charge 75% of total booking amount
- From 0 days to 29 days before arrival charge 100% of total booking amount
Rules
All children (including babies and toddlers) count for the total property's capacity. It will not be permitted in the accommodation more people than the maximum number established;
All properties are smoke-free places. If you smoke inside the house it may result in loss of security deposit;
Check-out time is until 10h00 and staying in the house after that hour will be extra charged;
Parties are not allowed and quiet hours are between 22h00 and 8h00, this timing should be respected;
Is not allowed to move or remove any decoration items and furniture, inside or outside the house to other places or rooms.
Pets may be allowed. Request basis only, owner will have to agree.
